CASE STUDY

LAUNCH EVENT WITH INTERACTIVE PIZZAZZ

Design & Creation / Specification / Software & App Development / Installation & Support / Analysis & Insight

THE BRIEF

When popular Japanese e-commerce platform, Rakuten, wanted to give their UK launch a buzz they turned to Arcstream along with Hometown London and KruLive to develop a family-friendly roadshow.

We developed bespoke interactive games for audiences to play over the course of the organised launch days to accompany popular film shows. Bookworm Bash and a bowling game entertained kids and adults alike, and a leadership board enabled the best players to win prizes each day.

THE RESULTS

BOOSTED BRAND AWARENESS

The roadshow visited London, Cardiff and Glasgow, inviting audiences to participate in the activities or sit comfortably on cushions that created a family-friendly environment for all.

Our 4.5×2.5m wide high-definition LED screen streamed films and displayed the interactive games, controlled by players using a 100mm diameter dome illuminated push button.

All-in-all it was a fantastic, inclusive activation that boosted the brand awareness of both Rakuten and its key partners. The feedback was extremely positive from attendees and Rakuten team members.
