How we kept 700 delegates engaged for B&Q

When retailing giant B&Q wanted a different communications approach for it’s annual conference, we stepped in to support their event organisers.

With 700 delegates to keep interested, we had to come up with a really engaging way of communicating the businesses’ new innovations.

Six touch tables later, we had the solution.  The tables were loaded with bespoke software applications designed to showcase the content provided by each of the five key stakeholders. This took visitors through new product innovations, bespoke videos, interactive tours of the company and new management software.

Additionally, an 138” LCD touch enabled video wall was built to screen presentations to groups of 150 delegates at a time, simultaneiously relayed to 2 separate 95” LCD screens.   Using a laser radar system we ran another bespoke built interactive software application on the video wall.
